Laura Weaving

Laura Weaving is an accomplished CEO and founder with extensive experience in leadership development and organizational behavior. Currently serving as CEO of Perform Platform since May 2024, Laura has previously founded Duo Global in 2014, which encompasses multiple brands focusing on behavioral insights to drive high performance in organizations. In addition, Laura co-founded Quarter by Quarter in March 2023 and The Elevator Retreat in June 2021, both aiming to enhance productivity and support female leaders, respectively. Laura's background also includes roles as Chief People Officer (Non-Exec) at Singleton Construction and various leadership positions in companies such as C&A Benefits Group and Exclusive Corporation, alongside advisory contributions to Digital Union. Laura holds a degree in Marketing & Business Management from Northumbria University.
