Samuel Low 刘存恩

Samuel Low has over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry, recently serving as the Executive Director of Health Services at Singlife since 2025. Prior roles included Chief Health Officer at Income Insurance Limited and Clinical Director at IHH Healthcare Singapore. Samuel has also held positions in medical affairs and clinical roles with companies such as Boehringer Ingelheim and MSD. They obtained a Master’s degree in Public Health from the University of Liverpool and a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from Manipal Academy of Higher Education.
