Shirish Apte

Shirish is an Independent Non-Executive Director of Singlife with Aviva.

Shirish was with Citigroup for 31 years in various assignments including co-CEO for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa as well as for the Asia Pacific. He retired from Citi in 2014 as Chairman, Asia Pacific Banking.

He is a Director at Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Integrated Hospitals and Healthcare, Clifford Capital, Pierfront Mezzanine Capital, Keppel Infrastructure Holdings, and Fullerton India Credit Corp.

Shirish holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Calcutta University, an MBA from London Business School, and qualified as a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants, England, and Wales.
