Marc Lao

Marc Lao is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in engineering recruitment and talent management across multiple prominent firms. Currently serving as the Director of Talent at Singular since September 2024, Marc previously held the position of Director of People & Talent at Sifflet from April 2023 to September 2024. Previously, at Datadog from October 2016 to April 2023, Marc progressed from Senior Recruiter to Recruiting Manager, overseeing a team of 40 and expanding engineering teams across several European locations. Prior roles include Senior Recruiter at Criteo and Account Manager positions at D2SI and ARCATEM, with early career accomplishments at Aston Carter International. Marc holds a Master’s degree in Business Development from ICD, completed in 2010.
