Gary Wells is a seasoned professional in the construction and real estate sectors, currently serving as Project Executive at Singular Builders since March 2025, where the focus is on developing long-term relationships and cultivating new commercial construction projects. As the Owner of IMAGE Studios® since September 2021, Gary Wells oversees franchise development in the East Bay. Prior experience includes founding ProPath Advisors in May 2019, a consultancy aimed at aligning real estate and workplace solutions with corporate vision, and serving as Project Development Director at KHS&S from November 2022 to November 2024, specializing in offsite construction solutions. Previously, Gary Wells was Associate Director at Dome Construction from May 2015 to July 2019, providing comprehensive general contracting services to the commercial real estate community.
