Raúl Espada

Raúl Espada is the Chief Marketing and Corporate Affairs Officer at XRF, where they leverage generative AI to present crucial information and support decision-makers in complex scenarios. From 2013 to 2021, they served as a Marketing Advisor at VANTGUARD, contributing to the development of Gin Mare and other brands. Raúl co-founded and led La Escalera de Fumío, an independent B-corp agency, from 2009 to 2023, focusing on creative solutions for clients. Earlier in their career, they held positions at Eli Lilly, DIAGEO, and Dinosol Supermercados, where they managed notable brands and campaigns. Raúl earned an MBA from IE Business School and holds a degree in Law from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
