Aaron Berlin

Aaron Berlin currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Singular Genomics since April 2025. Prior to this role, Aaron held the position of Senior Vice President of Development and Engineering at Foresight Diagnostics Inc. from July 2023 to April 2025. Between July 2021 and July 2023, Aaron was the Senior Vice President of Digital Science at Genapsys, now Sequencing Health. Previous experiences include serving as Vice President of Clinical Software Oncology at Invitae, where original duties were continued post-acquisition, and Vice President of Bioinformatics and Commercial Software at ArcherDX, Inc. This tenure at ArcherDX included leadership in bioinformatics and software development, scaling teams significantly, and participating in regulatory submissions. Aaron's career began at Boston University, where a Master’s degree in Bioinformatics was acquired alongside a Bachelor’s degree in Biology.
