Rayees Pasha

Rayees Pasha has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Rayees is currently the Head of Product at RisingWave Labs, an early stage startup focused on SQL based real-time stream processing workloads. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Product at Katana Graph and was responsible for overseeing product development. Rayees also worked as a Product Lead at TigerGraph, where they managed the core TigerGraph DB product offering. Before that, they served as a Lead Product Manager at Workday and Senior Product Manager at Electronic Arts (EA). Rayees also has experience as a Principal Product Manager at Hitachi Data Systems. Rayees began their career at Hewlett-Packard, where they held various roles including Product Manager, Senior Software Engineer, and Software Engineer, working on projects such as HP SeaQuest Business intelligence platform and Trafodion - enterprise-class operational SQL on Hadoop system. Rayees started their professional journey as a Research Assistant at the University of Memphis.

Rayees Pasha's education history begins in 1994 when they enrolled at Osmania University. From 1994 to 1998, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science. After completing their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science. From 1998 to 1999, they attended the University of Arizona. In 1999, they transferred to The University of Memphis, where they continued their Master's program and completed it in 2000.
