Ignacio Peña is the Founder and Managing Partner of AIR Capital, an early-stage venture fund focused on investing in startups that offer disruptive innovations beneficial to humanity. As the Founder and CEO of Surfing Tsunamis, a think-and-do tank, Ignacio Peña drives initiatives aimed at promoting abundance, inclusion, and regeneration. Ignacio Peña also serves as a faculty expert at Singularity University and is the Founder and Executive Chairman of Open Space - The Youth Space Program, which aims to inspire youth globally through space-related competitions. Previously, Ignacio Peña was a Lecturer at The Wharton School and held senior positions at The Boston Consulting Group as a Partner and Managing Director, as well as a Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton. Ignacio Peña holds an MBA and a Master's in International Studies from The Wharton School and the University of Pennsylvania, respectively, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina.
