Guanglei Cui

Guanglei Cui serves as the CEO of Sinopec America, Inc. since November 2020 and has held the position of CEO and Chief Representative of Sinopec US since May 2017. Prior roles include Deputy Director at Sinopec Refinery Division and President at Sinopec Wuhan Petrochemical Company. Guanglei Cui has extensive experience in various leadership positions, including Vice President at Sinopec International Co. and Deputy Director in multiple divisions at Sinopec Group and the State Economic and Trade Commission. Educational qualifications include a PhD in International Finance Law from Peking University, an MBA from Rutgers University and Dalian University, and a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering from Dalian University of Technology.
