Merve Zümberoğlu graduated from Marmara University with a degree in Economics in 2018 and began their career focused on accounting. They worked for 2.5 years as an Accounting Assistant, developing skills in fundamental accounting processes and financial reporting, followed by another 2.5 years as an Assistant Accounting Manager, enhancing strategic management capabilities for departmental efficiency. Currently, as a Finance Manager at Sinpaş Holding since 2024, Merve is gaining experience under expanding responsibilities while specializing in financial planning, budgeting, and risk management to contribute to company growth. Throughout their career, they have strengthened problem-solving skills and demonstrated a talent for transforming complex financial issues into actionable strategies, while also proving successful in motivating teams and fostering collaboration.
