Tyler Ferris

Tyler Ferris has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Tyler started their career in 2011 as a Parts Runner at NAPA Auto Parts. Later that year, they worked as a Contractor at Briggs & Stratton's Ferris Industries division, where they were responsible for drafting, prototyping, and testing new parts and products. In 2012, they became a Systems Engineer at General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems, working on a shipboard weapons training system for nuclear submarines. In 2015, they joined TruGreen as a Lawn Care Specialist, operating trucks and equipment for aeration and overseeding. At Mile Marker Industries, they worked as a Mechanical Engineer managing multiple projects in the prototype testing phase. Most recently, they have been employed at Sintavia as a Project Estimator since 2019.

Tyler Ferris earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering/Mechanical Technology/Technician from the Rochester Institute of Technology. Tyler attended the university from 2010 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended Brookfield Central School from 2003 to 2010 and received an Advanced Regents Diploma in General Studies.
