Willy Kuo

Willy Kuo is an experienced engineer specializing in physical design and ASIC implementation, currently serving as an Implementation Design Engineer at Sintegra Inc. on a contract basis with Meta since September 2024. With a robust background in subchip-level implementation from RTL to GDS in advanced technologies, Kuo has held notable positions at Marvell Technology and Google, where responsibilities included physical synthesis and optimization of floorplans. Prior experiences span multiple organizations including GLOBAL UNICHIP CORPORATION, Intel Corporation, Cisco, Procket Networks, and AMD, focusing on physical design, CAD flow development, and program management. Kuo holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Stony Brook University and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Chung Yuan Christian University.
