Nirav Amin

Nirav Amin, CPA, is a Partner at V&A Capital, a New York-based private equity firm focused on acquiring niche leaders in the lower middle market. They have served on the Board of Directors for Federal Steel Supply and Precision Kidd Steel Co., Inc., contributing to their growth in the industrial sector. With extensive experience in tax consulting at Grant Thornton LLP, they were recognized as the 2011 National Tax Outstanding Performer. Nirav holds a Bachelor's in Accounting from DePaul University, an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from IESE Business School, and is currently enrolled in an MBA Exchange Program at Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
