Max Winthrop

Max Winthrop is a partner at Sintons LLP, where they focus on a wide range of employment-related matters and contentious work in UK Tribunals. Prior to qualifying as a solicitor, Max spent six years at the Federation of Master Builders, addressing industrial relations issues within the construction industry. They completed their solicitor articles at Burnetts in Carlisle and later practiced at a legal aid firm before joining Short Richardson & Forth in 1999, where they served until 2022. Max is a former Chair of the Law Society's Employment Law Committee and is actively involved with various legal organizations, including the Industrial Law Society and ELA.
