Jason Staub

Jason Staub's work experience includes:

- Senior Process Engineer at Sionic Energy since May 2022. Jason conducts R&D activities to evaluate new materials and processes for battery production, optimizes manufacturing processes and equipment, and collaborates with design teams to streamline production.

- Senior Research Associate at Rochester Institute of Technology from June 2009 to May 2022. Jason focused on Lithium Ion battery pouch cell development, including CNT tethers, wires, and connectors. Jason also operated ultrasonic welding and laser reactors.

- Facilities Maintenance at Delphi from October 2005 to June 2009.

- Missile Technician in the US Navy from August 1997 to November 2003.

Jason Staub began their education in 2003 at Monroe Community College, where they pursued an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies. Jason studied there until 2005. Afterwards, Staub enrolled at Rochester Institute of Technology in 2007 and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemistry in 2009. Jason then furthered their education at the same institution by pursuing a Master's degree in Materials Science and Engineering from 2014 to 2015.
