Andy Rothwell

Andy Rothwell is a Principal Consultant in the Analytics practice at Davies, where since April 2011, leadership of teams in Speech Analytics projects has been a key responsibility. Previous roles include Senior Consultant at Ember Services, focusing on Speech and Data analytics solutions, as well as positions as Senior Analyst, Lead Analyst, and Data Analyst in various organizations. Experienced in designing and delivering analytics programs, Andy has contributed to psychometric test development at SHL and prepared reports for the National Treatment Agency to improve drug treatment strategies. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Occupational Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London, and a BSc in Psychology with Sociology from the University of Bath.
