They previously held positions at notable firms like Markel Corporation, Willis Re, and Guy Carpenter, where they specialized in actuarial analysis and reinsurance. Ephraim began their career with an actuarial summer internship at Chubb, contributing to reserve analysis and loss ratio calculations. They earned their degree from Touro University.
