Katharine Reid

Katharine Reid is a seasoned leadership coach and technology professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades in the finance and consultancy sectors. Currently, Katharine serves as a Leadership Coach for technology professionals at Financial Freedom Coach and as an Associate Coach at Davies Consulting Division, where focus lies on developing leadership skills for engineers in financial services. Previously, Katharine held significant roles at J.P. Morgan, including Executive Director in CIB Technology, where responsibilities encompassed fintech integration and management of large global teams. Earlier experiences include consulting roles at Sionic and Discorsi Ltd, and leadership positions at Bank of America and JPMorgan, where expertise was developed in technology management and business analysis. Katharine is an alumna of the University of Cambridge, holding a BA Hons in History, and furthered education at Cornell University.
