Nigel Medforth

Nigel Medforth is a seasoned consultant specializing in Contact Centre technology, infrastructure, and operations, currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Davies since January 2020. Previously, Nigel held the position of Director at Black Pug Enterprises Ltd, focusing on early-stage product development and technical solutions for clients. Experience includes roles at AIG where Nigel managed contact center solution teams and oversaw consumer technology architecture for the EMEA region.
