Sophie has also excelled at Grainger PLC as a Senior HR Business Partner, leading a company-wide Learning & Development function. Previous roles include HR Business Partner positions at the Royal Bank of Scotland and Rolls-Royce, where significant contributions were made to strategic HR initiatives across various business sectors. Sophie's foundational HR expertise was developed through a comprehensive Graduate Leadership Programme following a Management Studies degree from the University of Nottingham.
