Michael Feuerman

Michael Feuerman is the current director at SIOR. Prior to SIOR, they were the director at Cushman & Wakefield from July 2013 to May 2015. Before Cushman & Wakefield, they were the owner/broker of Lehrer & Feuerman, LLC, Corporate Real Estate Advisors from June 2004 to July 2013. Michael was also the president/board member/volunteer of Penn Alumni Assoc. of the Florida Gold Coast (Volunteer Organization) from January 2003 to January 2007. Additionally, they were a Sr. Litigation Attorney at Ruden, McClosky, Smith, Schuster & Russell from January 1997 to January 1999 and a Litigation Attorney at Cohen, Berke, Bernstein, Brodie, Kondell & Laszlo from January 1995 to January 1997. Lastly, they were an Associate Litigation Attorney at Kluger, Peretz, Kaplan & Berlin from January 1993 to January 1995.

Michael Feuerman's educational career includes a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and a Juris Doctor in Law from the University of Michigan Law School. Michael also has certification from the SIOR: Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, the State of Florida in Real Estate Broker, the Florida Bar in Licensed Florida Attorney, and the CCIM Institute in CCIM.
