Ryan Moen

Ryan Moen, SIOR, is the Principal and Co-Founder of Versa Real Estate Services, a commercial real estate brokerage in Chicagoland that caters to property owners, investors, and businesses. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Ryan provides expert advice and transparency in services such as landlord representation, investment sales, and tenant representation. Prior to founding Versa, Ryan held positions including Managing Director at Bradford Allen, where they conducted numerous transactions, and worked at Tri-Land Properties, focusing on leasing and acquisitions of significant retail portfolios. Involved with various professional affiliations, Ryan serves as the Global Innovation and Technology Chair for the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors and is a past president of the Geneva Community Chest. Ryan holds a B.S. in Finance from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
