Jasper Simons is a seasoned technical leader with over 13 years of experience in contract R&D within the high-tech mechatronics field. After serving as CTO at Carbyon from 2020 to 2024, where they focused on innovations to combat climate change, Jasper founded Simons Technical Leadership in 2024, offering freelance support in technical leadership to various organizations. Previously, Jasper held the role of Senior Mechanical Designer at MI-Partners BV from 2012 to 2020 and worked as a System Designer at CCM Centre for Concepts in Mechatronics from 2006 to 2011. They hold a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology, earned in 2006. Currently, Jasper is also a Senior System Architect at Sioux Technologies.
