Monique Hoeven

Monique Hoeven is an experienced data and process engineer currently employed at Sioux Technologies since July 2016. In this role, Monique specializes in data and process optimization, automation, and serves as the link between practical applications and technical implementation. Monique has also contributed to HR and payroll systems, including the management and implementation of AFAS and the development of temporary HR systems. Prior to this, Monique worked as a data analyst at Sioux Mathware / Districs, focusing on customer data validation and logistical process optimization.
