Noud Mooren

Noud Mooren is a System Engineer at Sioux Technologies, a position held since July 2022. Prior to this role, Noud was a PhD Candidate at Control Systems Technology (CST) at Eindhoven University of Technology from December 2017 to May 2022, focusing on learning control methods for future mechatronic systems, culminating in a thesis titled 'Intelligent Mechatronic through Learning: from Gaussian Processes to Repetitive Control and Adaptive Feedforward'. Noud's academic journey includes a cum laude Master's Degree in Systems and Control from Eindhoven University of Technology (2014-2017) and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Fontys Hogeschool Eindhoven (2010-2014). Prior experience includes positions as an MSc. Graduate Student at ASML, developing control methods for unmeasured variables, and roles in various engineering positions with a focus on dynamic modeling and endurance testing.
