Alper Uça

Alper Uça serves as the System and Network Principal Admin at Sipay since April 2025. Prior experience includes management roles at Monster Notebook overseeing system network and security, and senior system engineering at Hepsiburada, focusing on troubleshooting and server management. Uça led an IT Infrastructure team at ICA Yavuz Sultan Selim Köprüsü ve Kuzey Çevre Otoyolu İşletmesi and contributed to system administration at Borsa İstanbul with projects involving migration and disaster recovery. Additional IT infrastructure advisory experience includes roles at Hazine ve Maliye Bakanlığı and network operations at Radore Hosting. Uça holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Istanbul Technical University and possesses extensive expertise in IT governance, cyber security management, and technology strategy.
