Cole Chapman

Research Scientist - Assay Development and Sensor Diagnostics at SiPhox

Cole Chapman has held various research and intern positions since 2013. In 2013, they were a Research Intern at Wabash College, where they investigated the effects of organic monolayers on hydride terminated por-Silicon, and presented their findings at the MRS conference in San Francisco, CA in April, 2014. In 2014, they were an Industrial Chemistry Database Intern at Monument Chemical, where they conducted data analysis and database organization on site at a polyol plant in Brandenburg, Kentucky. In 2015, they were a Medicinal Plant Database Intern and a Research Intern at Wabash College, where they worked to fabricate analytical instrumentation using 3D design and printing techniques. In 2016, they were a Research Intern at the University of Luxembourg and a Graduate Student at the University of Michigan - Rackham Graduate School. Currently, they are a Research Scientist - Assay Development and Sensor Diagnostics at SiPhox Inc.

Cole Chapman attended Wabash College from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry with Magna Cum Laude honors. Cole then went on to the University of Michigan - Rackham Graduate School to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy in Analytical Chemistry, which they completed in 2021.
