Stephen Lancaster

Stephen Lancaster is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Finance Director and Head of Finance at @sipp since June 2014, where responsibilities include overseeing more than £1.7bn in assets under administration. Prior to this role, Stephen worked at Spirit AeroSystems as a Senior Project Accountant from August 2012 to June 2014, providing financial decision support for the $2bn A350 Project and presenting financial performance to senior management. Additionally, Stephen held the position of Decision Support Manager at the Royal Bank of Scotland for a year, focusing on financial guidance for the £625m Finance Transformation Programme. Stephen holds a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance from The University of Manchester, earned between 2001 and 2004, and attended St Bees School from 1999 to 2001.
