Diego Lopes

Diego Lopes is a Senior Researcher with extensive experience in defense studies and international relations. Diego's career includes roles at renowned organizations such as RESDAL, where they contributed to the Comparative Atlas of Defense in Latin America, and SIPRI as a Senior Researcher focused on military spending and arms transfers. Diego has also served as a professor at Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado and engaged in volunteer work with CÁRITAS, assisting refugees in São Paulo. Diego holds a doctorate in Peace, Defense, and International Security from the Programa de Pós-graduação em Relações Internacionais San Tiago Dantas.
