Alan B.

Alan B. has a solid background in communications and journalism. Alan started their career at Southern Bailey Newspapers in 1995, where they worked as a reporter, sub editor, and eventually became the chief sub editor for the group's flagship weekly broadsheet. In 1998, they joined Surrey and Berkshire Newspapers as the Chief Sub Editor for the Reading Evening Post, where they managed a team of six and was recognized for the newspaper's achievements. In 2007, Alan transitioned to Sir Robert McAlpine as the Head of Internal Communications, responsible for setting and delivering internal comms strategies and supporting the executive team.

Alan B. studied at Middlesex University from 1987 to 1990, earning a BSc degree in Psychology.
