John Busch

John Busch is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the technology and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at SirenOpt since November 2023, Busch leads customer engagement, business development, operations, and product positioning. Busch is also actively involved as Co-Chair and Advisor at Berkeley SkyDeck, focusing on revitalizing semiconductor innovation in Silicon Valley, and as an Advisor and member of the Leadership Team at Bay Angels, enhancing startup opportunities and business processes. Additionally, Busch holds the position of Chair of the Board of Directors at Science is Elementary, driving initiatives to improve science education for underserved children. Busch's previous roles include Vice President at Applied Materials, where significant contributions were made to strategic growth and product development in display technologies.
