Frank Baker is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in investment management and capital markets. As Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Siris Capital Group since January 2007, Frank has played a pivotal role in shaping the firm's strategic direction. Prior to this, Frank served as Managing Director at Ripplewood Holdings LLC from January 1999 to June 2006, and held positions at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Goldman Sachs, focusing on capital markets and mergers and acquisitions. Frank holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from the University of Chicago, complemented by early training at Goldman Sachs through the Sponsors for Educational Opportunity program.
