Ilya Eidenzon, CFA, FRM, FSA, is currently the VP of Underwriting at SiriusPoint, where they leverage over fifteen years of diverse experience in the re/insurance industry. Previously, they held various positions including Director of Reinsurance Underwriting at BMO Reinsurance and Manager of Equity Risk at Manulife Financial, focusing on variable annuities and risk assessment. Ilya began their career as an Information Systems Co-op at Sandvine Inc. and earned an Honours BMath in Actuarial Science with a Finance Option from the University of Waterloo. Throughout their career, Ilya has demonstrated expertise in pricing, underwriting, and developing innovative risk management strategies.
