Andrei Neptune has a diverse professional background in customer service and aircraft maintenance. Currently serving as a Customer Service Ambassador at Sirius Support since January 2022, Andrei previously held roles as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician at Caribbean Airlines Ltd, where responsibilities included FLS Wing Tank Inspections and safety equipment overhauls, and at Trinidad & Tobago Air Guard, focusing on AW139 maintenance and C-checks of Fairchild C-26B. Prior experience also includes serving as the Customer Service Representative Team Lead at HubBox Grocery, managing customer issues and producing essential documentation while representing the company across various communication channels. Andrei holds a Bachelor of Science in Aircraft Maintenance and Management from The University of Trinidad and Tobago.
