Sergey Tyan

Sergey Tyan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic planning and program management within the oil, gas, and mining industries. As the Founder of Sirius since September 2022, Sergey previously held key leadership roles including Director of Strategic Programs and Executive Director of Strategy and Analytics at Eurasian Resources Group, where important restructuring and planning initiatives were successfully implemented. Prior experience includes roles at Gazprom-neft as Corporate Strategy Manager, and consulting positions at The Boston Consulting Group, where Sergey contributed to various high-stakes projects for leading global companies. Sergey holds an MBA from IESE Business School and a Master’s degree in Economics and Management from Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas.
