David Rees

David Rees currently serves as the Head of Casualty London and Head of London US Casualty at SiriusPoint, a position held since July 2023. Previous experience includes roles as Head of Casualty at Chord Re from February 2021 to October 2022, and Senior Underwriter at MS Amlin from November 2018 to January 2021. David began a career in underwriting at Amlin, where tenure lasted from February 2008 to October 2018, and earlier experience includes various positions at Hiscox from February 2003 to January 2008. David holds an Advanced Diploma in Insurance (ACII) from the Chartered Insurance Institute, achieved between 2011 and 2013, and completed education at Coopers Company and Coborn School from January 1995 to August 2002.
