Sarah Smith

Sarah Smith has over 20 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on leadership roles. Sarah most recently served as the Human Resources Director at SiriusPoint since June 2023. Prior to that, they spent three years as the People Director of Organization Development at Saga plc. From 2019 to 2019, they held the role of Interim Human Resources Director at Saga plc, and from 2004 to 2019, they served as the Head of HR at the same company.

From 1998 to 2001, Sarah Smith pursued a Master's degree in English and Social Sciences at Canterbury Christ Church University.
