Susan Cross

Susan Cross is currently a Board Member at SiriusPoint and Unum, with prior experience as Executive Vice President and Global Chief Actuary. They held significant roles at XL Capital, including Global Chief Actuary and Chief Actuary of the Reinsurance Segment, and were involved in corporate actuarial functions at XL America. Cross began their career in actuarial consulting at Tillinghast and has contributed to various committees and strategic initiatives throughout their extensive career. They are pursuing a B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Maryland.
