Thomas Leonardo

Thomas Leonardo is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the insurance and risk management sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Sirius Group since September 2012, Thomas has been instrumental in launching the Sirius America initiative, targeting the issuing carrier market with a focus on Employer Stop Loss and Special Risk business. Prior roles include US Head of A&H at HRMP, Chief Executive Officer at QBE the Americas, and Senior Vice President positions at ACE Tempest Re USA and Gen Re Life Health. Thomas began a career in the insurance industry as a Group Marketing Representative at Paul Revere Insurance Company and transitioned to the broadcasting field as a Board Operator at AM 570 WSYR. Educationally, Thomas holds a BA in Communications/Broadcasting from the State University of New York at Oswego, completed in 1992.
