Jack Dan is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in ITIL processes and change management. Currently serving as an ITIL Process Manager at SiriusXM since October 2019, Jack previously held roles as ITIL Manager and Corporate Change Manager at Infogroup from August 2017 to October 2019. Jack's expertise in change management and problem management was further developed during a five-year tenure at Yesmail, where positions included Change Manager and Technical Support.
