Skyy Hook

Skyy Hook serves as the Editor in Chief at Boom Bap Nation since February 2023 and has been an On-Air Personality for "The Wake Up Show" on Shade 45 with SiriusXM since July 2013, where responsibilities include promoting emerging and underground artists. Additionally, Skyy Hook offers social commentary on "Sway In The Morning." As a Visiting Scholar at California State University, Northridge since January 2021, Skyy Hook has developed a curriculum for the CIPHER Program, teaching Hip Hop Culture in the Anthropology department. Contributions as a Breast Cancer Ambassador for Hip Hop Public Health began in October 2021, and Skyy Hook has been active since 2011 as CEO and Founder of Skyyhook Radio, undertaking various roles in public speaking, management, and editing. Previous experiences include content creation for The Shadow League and editorial roles at AllHipHop.com and iONE Digital. Education background includes Organizational/Educational Leadership from Wright State University.
