Senior Customer Success Manager

Emma Patton is an experienced professional in customer success and account management, currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Siro since February 2024. Prior to this role, Emma held multiple positions at Botify from July 2019 to February 2024, culminating in the role of Enterprise Account Manager, and was recognized with the President's Club award. Earlier experience includes a role as a Legal & Developmental Intern at Family Law CASA of King County. Emma earned a Bachelor's degree in Law, Societies and Justice from the University of Washington and also studied at Sciences Po. Emma holds an International Baccalaureate Diploma from the International School of Geneva.
