At SIROC, we believe early-stage founders deserve a better path than giving up large chunks of their company before they’ve even found product-market fit. Instead of pushing traditional pre-seed or seed VC routes, we offer an alternative.

We work closely with a select group of founders to move fast, execute with precision, and accelerate their journey toward a strong Series A. All while helping them retain more ownership and control. With over 15 years of startup-building experience, a powerful network, and deep operational expertise in scaling, we deliver what truly drives impact in the early stages.

VC funding can be a valuable chapter, but it doesn’t have to be the first. At SIROC, we reject the spray-and-pray model in favor of hands-on collaboration with a few high-potential founders. And we’re all in on making each one a success.
