Michael Wilkinson has extensive work experience in various roles within the technology industry. Michael started their career at IBM in 1987, where they held roles as a Development Manager and a Development/Testing Manager at IBM EduQuest. Michael then moved on to Novell, where they worked as a Product Marketing Manager for six years. Following this, they joined Caldera as the Director of Product Management. In 2002, they joined Altiris, Inc. as a Senior Product Manager. Michael then worked at Henry Schein as a Product Line/Business Unit Manager before joining SirsiDynix. At SirsiDynix, they held roles as the Director of Project Management and the Director of Sales Operations. In their current role, they manage the Salesforce.com infrastructure and integrates various applications for the company.
Michael Wilkinson attended Brigham Young University from 1987 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering. Michael later pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Brigham Young University from 1994 to 1996, with a focus on Business. In addition to their formal education, Michael obtained several certifications throughout their career, including being a Certified Salesforce.com Administrator from Salesforce in 2014, completing Karrass Effective Negotiating Training from KARRASS in 2010, and obtaining an Altiris Certified Professional (ACP) certification from Altiris in 2003. Michael also holds various certifications from Novell, including Certified NetWare Administrator (CNA), Certified NetWare Instructor (CNI), Certified NetWare Engineer (CNE), Enterprise Certified NetWare Engineer (ECNE), and Master Certified NetWare Engineer (MCNE). Furthermore, Michael has completed Pragmatic Marketing (Product Management) Training from Pragmatic Marketing.
