Andy Gibson has over 20 years of experience in quality management and manufacturing. Andy is currently the Head of Manufacture and Supply at SiSaf Ltd. Before joining SiSaf, Andy served as the Director of Quality at Seeking my next challenge! in 2019. Prior to that, they worked at GSK for 20 years, holding various roles including Product Quality Leader and Site Quality Director. During their time at GSK, Andy led major transformation projects, implemented Quality Risk Management techniques to improve product control strategies, and successfully consolidated production processes across multiple sites. Andy has a proven track record of delivering cost savings and ensuring high-quality standards.
Andy Gibson's education history includes a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Chemistry from King's College London, a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Analytical Chemistry from Kingston University, and a Postgraduate Diploma (PGDip) in Industrial Pharmaceutical Studies from the University of Brighton. As for additional certifications, Andy has obtained the Fellow Chartered Chemist of the Royal Society of Chemistry from the Royal Society of Chemistry in March 2021. Andy is also a Chartered Chemist (CChem) and a fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry (FRSC), although the specific dates of obtaining these certifications are unknown.
