Skye Quinn

Skye Quinn is a Senior Scientist in SiSaf Ltd with previous experience as a PHD Student at Imperial College London. Skye has a PhD in Gene/Genetic Therapy and specialized in investigating the potential of modified messenger RNA for epithelial repair in the lung. Skye is experienced in mRNA design, synthesis & characterisation, UTR modification, Golden Gate DNA assembly, in vitro transcription, non-viral transfection, and various biological and functional assays. Skye holds a MSc in Genetics of Human Disease and a BSc in Molecular Biology and Genetics.
