Bob Dimicco

Bob Dimicco is currently an advisor at Siscale, but they have also served as the SVP of Engineering and Product at Riskalyze from January 2020 to December 2022. At Riskalyze, Bob was responsible for leading the engineering and product departments for a high-growth SaaS startup that provided best-in-class products and data to the US wealth tech and financial advisor market. During their time at Riskalyze, Bob was able to grow the ARR by 69% and set the foundation for scaling toward a $1B valuation.

Bob has also been successful in rebuilding and transforming the software engineering, product management, platform engineering, and product design departments by recruiting top leaders and talent, modernizing the tech stack, and creating agile processes. This has resulted in improved feature velocity, execution, innovation, productivity, and user satisfaction. Additionally, they have grown the headcount 2X in the US and Poland and improved talent, experience, and accountability levels by upgrading 40% of leadership and 25% of engineers and product managers. Bob has also added VP/Director/Manager roles and new org structures.

Bob has continued to shape product strategies, roadmaps, and feature priorities which have driven 30%+ YOY growth and expansion into new segments. Bob has also co-created stakeholder engagement and decision-making processes which have aligned company goals and product investments. Additionally, they have sponsored and driven data strategy, investments, and projects using behavioral analytics to improve user experience as well as ML-powered features for innovation. Lastly, they have engaged and collaborated with principals and the head of technology at Hg Capital for due diligence on product, data, architecture, talent, and operations to support an acquisition for majority ownership.

Bob Dimicco has a Master of Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology.
