ENDER KAYA

Ender Kaya is a glass mold and production expert with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Middle East Technical University. After serving in the military, Ender began their career at Şişecam Holding, where they worked in various engineering roles, including as a production engineer and mold department chief. Currently, Ender serves as a Production Manager at Anadolu Cam Sanayi Mersin Fabrikası. Over the years, Ender has developed a strong expertise in process optimization and continuous improvement, recently completing Green Belt Six Sigma training to further enhance their analytical skills and project management.
