Özgür Yücel began their Human Resources career in March 1996 at Transtürk Holding as an Administrative Affairs and Training Responsible. In 1997, they joined Arçelik AŞ as an HR Specialist, eventually serving as HR Manager from February 2009 to February 2015, where they managed projects related to the blue-collar workforce. They have been the Human Resources Manager at Trakya Cam Sanayii A.Ş.Otocam Fabric since 2015. Özgür holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Uludağ University, completed in 1994.
